How long does is the shipping process?

USPS First Class usually takes 3-7 days

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped.  Transit time DOES NOT include holidays or weekends, and So Divah is not responsible for delivery delays due to uncontrollable events, such as inclement weather.

How do I request a refund, exchange, or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been submitted, it is finalized.  No item can be changed or refunded due to the nature of the products and sanitary purposes.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
