Emotional Wellness Sessions, whether in-person or virtual, provide a safe, private, confidential, supportive space to explore mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. These 1 hour sessions focus on understanding emotional triggers, strengthening boundaries, and developing healthier communication skills for everyday life. This service is non-clinical and educational in nature, offering guidance and tools for emotional wellness rather than therapy or mental health treatment.
Not therapy, but intentional and skill-based coaching.
What it focuses on:
Present-moment coping skills
Emotional regulation tools
Stress management
Goal setting
Life transitions
Confidence, boundaries, self-esteem
Mindfulness & self-care routines
What it explicitly does NOT include:
Diagnosis
Trauma processing
Mental illness treatment
Crisis intervention
Clinical language
